If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
Do. Not. Move here. It’s really not worth the headache. Obviously, if you have no where else to go or are in a crunch, it’ll do but you would do yourself a great big favor by avoiding this place at all costs. If you have kids, don’t move here. If you have pets, don’t move here. If you have anxiety, don’t move here. As a woman, i hated it here. The men are weird. If you don’t want anybody playing on your account and with your money for 6 months straight, don’t move here. If you don’t want to have your car towed once a week, don’t move here. If you don’t want to deal with pissy attitudes from management AND from maintenance staff, do not move here. This is thee worst apartment I’ve ever lived in regardless of time frame or location. There’s never any parking. It’s dirty. Outdated. Really not worth the trouble at all. Avoid at all costs if you can.
Don't let some fresh paint fool you either.
My time here whilst searching for a new apt to stay was enjoyable. The staff was great and friendly. They had wonderful communication with each other and were a pleasure to be around. Sofia, Carolin and Sofia were bright, smiling faces when dealing with all the questions I had and the information received was tight packed and easily understandable. I look forward to seeing their faces on the property in the future.

Elvis was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and thorough throughout the apartment viewing and application process. His guidance made the experience seamless, and I felt well-informed and supported every step of the way. The apartments look nice and taken care of from what I noticed.
Honestly so disappointed. The staff sucks; no one answers the phone. When you go in person they can be rude as well. It’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get someone nice! And I’ve been here 5 months; I now have a roach problem & it’s only getting worse. Definitely don’t move here if that grosses you out, it definitely grosses me out! I keep seeing roaches all over!! Even on my walls
Carolyn is the absolute best. If there is any issue or concern she is the best person to talks with. The apartment complex is very lucky to have her on staff. Carolyn cares about the residents and does everything in her power to make living here a good thing.
Don’t move here, worst 12 months ever. Landlord special, on-site washing never worked and all they do consistently is wrongfully tow cars, brand new car towed after sitting for less than 8 hours because we got the car after the office was closed, we were going to go first thing in the morning but ended up getting towed at 2am. Maintenance only does quick fixes I had mold on my bathroom ceiling and all they did was turn the water temperature down. I had to get up there by myself and scrub the mold away. Also, my room ceiling had water damage all maintenance did was spray over it. Also, Ashford does not plan things correctly, when a company came to respray the parking lot they didn’t provide any extra space. I work overnight so I never had any space during that period which caused me to park across the street. They also charged me to repaint a wall with no damage, now I have to pay an extra $340 on top of my $500 deposit 0/5 stars
My aunt went to look for an apartment because her contract was over and came across this hidden gem. Maintenance come in a timely manner and are so helpful . Especially Jarvin.
Elvis, in the leasing office, made the whole process so easy too! I’m glad she found a new place to call home.
